Barry J. Palmer
International President
Lions Clubs International

To the Lions of ISAAME:

I want to extend my warmest greetings to the Lions of ISAAME as you gather together for the ISAAME Forum. I am sure this will be a great occasion of fellowship, learning and advancement of our Lions' service ideal.

Lions in ISAAME deserve praise and credit. Your clubs have prevented and reversed blindness, raised awareness of the dangers of drug abuse, countered diabetes and promoted citizenship, among other activities. Your dedication to your communities has resulted in immeasurable good for innumerable people.

Gatherings such as these are wonderful times to reflect on who we are and what is important to us. No doubt, your clubs, like any other elsewhere in the world, have had challenges. But your clubs persevered. And people in your community benefited immensely from the dedication and selflessness of Lions. Your clubs certainly will face more challenges in the future. I urge you to again persevere and always be motivated by a desire to serve humanity.

Lions, most importantly, Follow Your Dreams. We do the most good when we reach for the stars and attempt to fulfill our deepest wishes. Don't be put off by hesitation and doubt. When Lions follow their dreams, people's dreams come true.

Warmest regards,

Barry J. Palmer, International President
International Association of Lions Clubs

ISAAME Forum 2013

Dear Lions,

The 41st ISAAME Area Forum at Kathmandu will be a forum with a difference - a platform where lions can air their views, an opportunity for them to show their talent. Together we will create a spirit of bon homie through various competitions being planned. You will get a chance to actually speak with your leaders.

We will work as hard during the day as we will party in the evenings.

The Lions of Nepal are as hospitable as this country is beautiful. I invite you to be a part of this Forum in Kathmandu! I assure you will go back rejuvenated and enriched.

All I would like to say is - register immediately!

See you at the Forum.
